Kazakhstan is amazing country!

It is the country which saved their cultural value, has richest history and unusual natural resources. This country will never allow you to be disinterested even the worldly-wise tourists. That is why trip to Kazakhstan will never be boring and uninteresting!

The main resort areas in Kazakhstan are Karkaralinsk, Barnaul and Borovoe. Also tourists will be interesting in two absolutely different cities – Almaty and Astana.

Almaty is the largest city of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The city of political, financial, business and scientific life is a modern metropolis which attracts people not only with restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes, but also with its quiet green parks, spacious shopping malls, museums and architectural monuments.

Astana, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 1997, is situated on a picturesque bank of the Ishim River. Since acquiring the status of capital the city's face has changed dramatically. The architects and builders working in the capital create wonderful architectural ensembles, which harmoniously combine modern design and oriental flair. Astana has become one of the largest business centers in the region. All governmental organizations, the diplomatic missions of 44 countries and 113 joint ventures and foreign businesses are located here.

“Medeu” is a high-mountain complex for winter sports with the area of artificial ice field equivalent to 10.5 thousand square meters. The mild climate in the gorge, the optimal level of solar radiation, low atmospheric pressure, low wind and clear glacial water make a provision for the widespread appreciation of the ice rink.

The “Sharyn” National Nature Park is situated in the ravine of a Homonymic rivr, 200 km east of Almaty. A canyon found there is a marvelous work of nature, dating back more than 12 million years. Its vastness is rated second in the world after the Grand Canyon in Colorado in the USA. The canyon’s most beautiful site, the “Valley of Castles”, opens a view of fancy red sandstone rocks created by two eternal maîtres, time and the wind.

Borovoe  is the oasis in steppes of Northern Kazakhstan located between the cities of Astana and Kokshetau. Many call Pine-forest the Kazakhstan Switzerland. That combination of a coniferous forest and pure lakes that is in Pine-forest, rather seldom meets.

In Pine-forest a set not only recreation facilities, hotels and rest houses, but also dispensaries and sanatoria that will give the chance not only to have a rest, but also to restore the health (in many sanatoria and dispensaries treatment is included in permit cost). Improvement in Pine-forest is also helped by existence of mineral water and curative dirt if you like to have a rest simply on a beach and to bathe in the purest waters of local lakes, thanks to a large number of summer sunny days.

 The “Kolsay Kolderi” National Nature Park is 300 km to the South-Eastof Almaty. Three lakes, Three Pearls of the Northern Tien Shan, lie at the heights from 1000 to 2800 meters above sea level. The wild terrain, hiking and horse routes, and the unique uplands would ensure that the tour is unforgettable.   

Alakol Lake  a salt lake, has a drainage basin of 65,200 km2 (25,200 sq mi) and receives water periodically from several streams flowing from the Tarbagatai Mountains. The Alakol State Sanctuary has been created to protect the area for the lake is an important breeding and nesting ground for various wetland birds, notably the very rare relict gull. Piski Island has flocks of flamingo, and 40 species of other birds. The largest island in Alakol Lake is Ul'kun-Aral-Tyube. It is located in the center of the lake.

Shymbulak is a ski resort near Almaty, the largest city of Kazakhstan. It is located in the upper part of the Medeu Valley in the Zaiilisky Alatau mountain range, at the elevation of 2,200 metres (7,200 ft) above sea level. The resort area is about 25 kilometres (16 mi) south of Almaty city by the Medeo road. It is popular for its mild climate, large quantity of sunny days and great amount of snow through the winter.

Kok-Tobe mountain is one of the sightseeing attractions of Almaty. From the sightseeing platform, located at an altitude of 1100 meteres, one can see the magnificent panorama of Almaty city and the range of Zailiyskiy Alatau with its snow-capped peaks. Kok-Tobe is the point of excursions for the newcomers to the city of Almaty. you can get there both by shuttle and by skyline ropeway. You can also find there an alley of lovers, shops selling local souvenirs, and the mini zoo.

The Baikonur Spaceport, National Park of "Altyn-Emel", pilgrimage to Turkestan, mysterious lake of Kayynda and many other things is all this you can visit in Kazakhstan!
